Ingredients:
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour, sifted
1.2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
48 small green olives stuffed w pimentos
Preparation:
Blend cheese with softened butter. Add sifted flour, salt and paprika and mix well. Mold 1 tsp of dough around each olive to cover. At this point, you may refridgerate or freeze the olive balls for up to 10 days. Spread the balls on a cookie sheet and bake them at 400 degrees for 15 min. Makes 48 olive balls.
