Sausage-Cheese Balls
2 cups Bisquick
1 pound hot sausage
10 oz. pack of shredded medium cheese
a little pepper
Roll the mixture into small balls
Place the sausage balls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. The Bisquick balls should be lightly browned with the meat cooked through.
