- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can green chilis (like ortega brand)
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 packages monterey jack cheese (cubed)
- paprika
1) Pre-heat the over to 350 degrees.
2) Cut the tortillas into wide strips and lightly fry in oil.
3) Blend the sour cream, chicken broth, chilis and chili powder together and set aside.
4) In an ungreased casserole dish layer the tortillas and cheese, ending with a layer of cheese.
5) Pour the blender mix over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
6) Bake for 1 hour.
